Craft a clear Leadership Vision & Philosophy → 250-word statement approved by my mentor (by Week 4)
Map SMART career goals for 1, 3, and 5 years → signed roadmap PDF (by Week 6)
Launch a 90-day action plan toward promotion to Senior Communications Specialist → 80 % of tasks complete (within 3 months)
Boost self-awareness → EQ-i 2.0 score + 20 % above baseline (within 6 months)
Formalize an ongoing mentorship practice → two mentees onboarded with recurring sessions (within 12 months)
Process
Diagnostics — Completed CliftonStrengths, Grit assessment, and EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment; ran an anonymous 360 survey with 12 peers & leaders.
Vision Crafting — Synthesized assessments into a leadership philosophy:
