Overview

Sales enablement content was bottlenecked because every post required a Communications Specialist. With only two specialists covering 600+ sellers, we needed a scalable, self‑service model.

Objectives

  • Reduce one‑off onboarding calls by 75 %.

  • Maintain brand voice and quality across user‑generated posts.

  • Give experts on‑demand resources they can revisit anytime.

My Role & Process

  1. Mapped the five most common post types and documented step‑by‑step best practices.

  2. Drafted copy templates + Canva thumbnail kits so creators stay on‑brand.

  3. Recorded quick walkthroughs and assembled a 12‑minute course in LearnUpon

  4. Piloted training with 10 early adopters, gathered feedback, then rolled out to our full content creator group.

Deliverables

  •  “Field Lounge Style Guide” (PDF)

  •  On‑demand Course easily accessible in LearnUpon

  •  Ready to use templates

This project taught me to turn a personnel gap into an opportunity for sustainable scale. By creating a system for knowledge transfer, I empowered others—and reclaimed strategic time for myself.
